Terms of Use
By installing or using Battery Care Pro – Optimizer (“the app”) you agree to these terms.
Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer it except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
What the app does and does not promise
The app reports battery diagnostics provided by Android and offers optimization suggestions. Battery life depends on hardware age, ambient temperature, your usage, and manufacturer power management — much of which no app can control.
We make no guarantee of any specific improvement in battery life, battery health, or device performance. Readings such as temperature, voltage, and health come from your device's operating system, and their accuracy depends on your manufacturer. Treat them as indicative, not as laboratory measurements, and do not rely on them for safety decisions about a damaged or swollen battery.
Purchases
Optional paid upgrades are sold through Google Play Billing. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy — we cannot issue refunds directly. Restore your purchase from within the app if you reinstall or change devices.
Advertising
The free version displays ads supplied by Google AdMob. Ad content is selected by Google, not by us, and we do not endorse advertised products.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to interfere with other people's devices, to circumvent device security, or in any way that breaks applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
